Marinated artichokes, shallots, roasted garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, mixed herbs and spices on Parmesan crostinis, topped with goat cheese and balsamic reduction

4 chicken wings house-smoked and flash fried, tossed in your choice of sauce: Peanut Butter & Jelly, Sweet & Spicy Buffalo, Pineapple Chili, Korean BBQ, Gochujang or Carolina BBQ
Course 2
Tuscan Shrimp Pappardelle
Sautéed shrimp, shallots, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, broccoli, spicy tomato herb cream sauce, pappardelle pasta (or substitute chicken)
Mushroom Napoleon
Roasted portobello mushrooms layered with sweet peppadew peppers, asparagus, butternut squash, rosemary whipped pub cheese, baked and finished with candied pecans and white balsamic reduction
